Steps for Durable Concrete Repair
1. Assess and Prepare:

Apply RUSTKLIN to remove rust and passivate steel bars, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance.
3. Apply Bonding Agent:
Brush a slurry of SKOFBOND SBR M5 to promote adhesion between old and new concrete.
4. Repair Application:
For patch repairs, use XUILICRETE, a high-strength polymer-modified mortar. For large-volume repairs or section replacements, use MICRO CONCRETE—a free-flowing, non-shrink repair material.
5. Finishing & Protection:
Once cured, protect the surface with ACRYCOTE EC5 or SKOFGUARD (W) coatings for enhanced durability and moisture protection.
