Waterproofing Coating with Crystallization Property Excellent for Water Retaining Structure.
KRISTALLI SEAL 800 is a Single pack waterproofing coating with crystallization property, excellent for water retaining structures.
KRISTALLI SEAL 800 is a unique surface applied waterproofing compound which withstands the most severe leakage situations, when mixed with water and applied on leaky concrete surfaces. Chemicals in KRISTALLI SEAL 800 penetrate deep into water bearing capillaries, react with cement particles and form insoluble crystals which totally and permanently block the passage of water.
Further, it remains in the body of the concrete as a catalyst to reactivate the crystallization process whenever water enters the structure through newly formed capillaries.

Mix KRISTALLI SEAL 800 with water in the proportion of 2.5 volumes of KRISTALLI SEAL 800 to one volume of water to get a creamy slurry and brush apply on the water saturated, wet concrete surface in ‘two coats. Second coat of KRISTALLI SEAL 800 is applied when the first coat is still green and tacky. KRISTALLI SEAL 800 slurries should be applied within 20 minutes after mixing.
Apply a plaster or screeds of cement sand mortar admixed with Addmort-A15L over the treated surface when the second coat of KRISTALLI SEAL 800 is still green and tacky and cure the plaster normally.
In areas which are not subjected to foot traffic and appearance is unimportant the plaster coat or screed can be omitted, and the treated surface can be cured normally. But such surfaces are not suitable for painting or subsequent decorations.
