Surface Preparation
Ensure surfaces are free from oil, dust, loose materials, laitance, or grease. Clean with high-pressure water jet or wire brushing. Defective or spalled areas should be repaired using a suitable repair mortar. For large cracks and honeycombs, consult the local SKOF technical team for appropriate repair products.

Mixing
Mix the full contents of SkofGuard™ G powder with the supplied acrylic emulsion using a slow-speed mechanical stirrer or manually until a homogeneous, lump-free consistency is achieved. Do not add any additional water.

Application
Moisten the substrate before application. Apply SkofGuard™ G in two coats using a short, stiff-bristled brush (120–150 mm wide), roller, or trowel. Ensure the first coat is touch-dry before applying the second. Minimum thickness should be 1 mm for general use, and up to 2 mm for areas with hydrostatic pressure. Sprinkle coarse sand on the wet second coat if screeding is required.

Cleaning
Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened material must be removed mechanically.
