Surface Preparation
Ensure that surfaces are sound, clean, and free from dust, grease, oil, and other contaminants. Remove all loose material and laitance with wire brushing or water jetting.

Bond Coat Application
Mix 1 part SKOFBOND SAC M35 with 1 part fresh cement to form a brushable slurry. Apply uniformly to the substrate before placing mortar. Coverage: approx. 2 to 3 m² per liter of SKOFBOND SAC M35.

Modified Mortar
Typical mix: 50 kg cement, 125 kg zone II sand, and 10–15 liters of SKOFBOND SAC M35. Adjust water addition for desired consistency. Apply over the tacky bond coat and finish as required. Yield: 0.1 m³ covers approx. 10 m² at 10 mm thickness.
