Plastite P500 – Integral Waterproofing Powder Admixture Plastite P500 is a chloride-free, powder-based integral waterproofing admixture for cement mortar and concrete. It works by sealing capillary pores, effectively blocking water seepage. Being water-insoluble, Plastite P500 becomes a permanent part of the hardened matrix, while also enhancing workability for easier application and improved durability.

Plastite P500 Confirms to IS : 2645 (2003)

Mix sand and cement as required (ratio 0.45 for best results. Add Plastite P500 and remix. Add stone aggregates for concrete and remix. Add water and mix thoroughly to obtain cohesive mix of concrete.

  • Plastite P500 can be used for concrete as well as mortars.
  • Only Plastite P500 has an active chemical that waterproofs cement effectively.
  • Plastite P500 Does not contain lime stone like most other powders.
  • Plastite P500 mixes uniformly and thoroughly with cement to make it cohesive and waterproof.
  • Plastite P500 is economical – A small quantity is enough to make concrete/mortar waterproof.
