SKOF LOCKDRIP L40 should be added with the mixing water. It should not be added to the dry cement. No extension to mixing times is required.

• Concrete containing SKOF LOCKDRIP L40 is resistant to water penetration both under conditions of hydrostatic pressure and capillary absorption.
• Durability is increased due to a significant reduction in the W/C ratio.
• Sulphate attack is reduced as sulphate-bearing groundwater is resisted.
• It improves the cohesive properties of the concrete, thus reducing segregation and eliminating bleeding. Of particular use with sea-dredged aggregates and sands.
• Pump-ability of concrete is greatly improved.
• The surface finish of the concrete is improved.
