Surface Preparation
Ensure substrate is clean, sound, and free from loose materials. Prepare surface using wire brushing or grit blasting for best adhesion.

Bond Coat Application
Mix 1 part SKOFBOND SAC M50 with 1 part fresh cement to form a slurry. Brush this coat onto the substrate before placing any modified mortar. Coverage: approx. 2–3 m² per liter.

Modified Mortar
Typical formulation: 50 kg cement, 125 kg well-graded sand, and 15–20 liters of SKOFBOND SAC M50. Apply over the tacky bond coat. Yield: approx. 10 m² at 10 mm thickness.
